If you have questions about your drug screen results or need a copy of the report, please contact your provider directly. To help insure confidentiality, we only release results to ordering providers.
You may be eligible for financial assistance under the terms and conditions the lab offers to qualified patients. Financial assistance includes discounts for services provided to Physicians’ Laboratories of America patients who are uninsured or under insured. We are happy to help establish an interest free payment plan. Please call our billing team to discuss your payment options.
Physicians' Laboratories of America accepts most major credit cards, as well as cash and check. We also accept payment through some health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) cards. Please contact us if you have questions about payment options.
The statement could have been sent prior to posting your payment, or you may have received a bill for a different service date. If you have made a payment and received a bill, please call Billing at (501) 358-3111 and we will be happy to confirm your payments and any remaining balances.
You will typically receive a minimum of three billing statements per date of service from PLA advising you of your account balance and responsibility, and you may also receive letters or phone calls from Integrity Medical Billing. However, PLA does not turn our patient accounts over to an outside collection agency.
